Do Face Exercises Work?

There is much controversy surrounding the use of face exercises to reduce wrinkles and generally tone skin. Many practitioners such as dermatologist and plastic surgeons believe that face exercises offer no benefits to the skin. They suggest that there is no proof that facial exercises are effective in recontouring the face. However, for those of you who were old enough to remember Jack Lalanne (don’t worry, I won’t ask your age as long as you don’t ask mine), he was a proponent of face exercises and integrated them into his workout routine.
Now at the age of 93, he still looks good. His commitment to the program has withstood the test of time.According to Jack, just as a body builder develops his or her physique by isolating and working muscles one by one, you can also develop the specific areas of your face by repeating specific exercises. If you spend hours a week exercising your body, why not give your face a few minutes too. What is your opinion on the value of face exercises?
