Quick Tip: Choose Antioxidant-Rich Foods

Not quite sure if antioxidant-creams or lotions are right for you? Don’t worry. You can enjoy and test the benefits of increased antioxidant protection for your skin through one of your normal activities: eating. Some antioxidant-rich food best bets include:

  • avacado (but high in fat and calories)
  • bell peppers
  • berries
  • cantaloupe
  • honeydew melons
  • dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach and kale (lightly cooked)
  • orange-colored squash
  • pineapple (but high in sugar)
  • salmon (fresh, broiled or poached)
  • tomatoes
